Villa Medvidići is located in the peaceful village of Medvidići, close to the medieval town of Sveti Lovreč, in the green countryside of western Istria.
The villa is surrounded by a quiet rural landscape, vineyards, gardens, and Mediterranean greenery. It is a place made for guests who want privacy, space, and a slower holiday rhythm, while still being close to the coast and Istria’s most beautiful towns. The Adriatic coast and the nearest swimming spots are about 10–15 minutes away by car. Family-friendly and well-equipped beaches in Vrsar and Funtana can be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes, while Poreč is about 15–20 minutes away. Rovinj is around 25–30 minutes by car, and Pula Airport is approximately 35–45 minutes away, depending on traffic. From Villa Medvidići, guests can easily explore beaches, coastal towns, medieval hilltop villages, local restaurants, wineries, and authentic Istrian experiences.

Getting to Villa Medvidići
By plane
Pula Airport is the closest, just 45 minutes away. Trieste (1h 30min) and Venice Marco Polo (2h 30min) are also well-connected options. Car hire is recommended.
By car
Villa Medvidići is easy to reach by car. From Austria and Slovenia, follow the motorway towards Istria and take the Medaki exit on the Croatian A9 motorway / Istrian Y. From there, the villa is only a short drive away. Guests arriving from Italy usually travel via Trieste and Slovenia, continuing towards Istria and Poreč. From southern Germany, the journey usually takes around 6–8 hours, depending on traffic, border crossings, and rest stops.
